Q. My pump is not running or my phase reversal relay light is red?
A. Switch the red & white wires on the power cord. Also make sure the machine is wired into a 3 phase 220v.
Q. When I let the lid down, suction is not activated?
A. Check the adjustment of the lid switch located inside the unit.
