Q. My vacuum gauge is not reaching the green level?
A. Check the oil level in the sight glass to be sure oil level is 3/4 full.
          • Make sure the piston nut underneath the seal bar are tight.

Q. When I let down the lid nothing happens?
A. Check adjustment of the proximity switch, which needs to be a 1/8" width away from the shock (which is located just to the right of the proximity switch) with the lid down.
