Q. My machine stops at "18" on the display?
A. Run a cycle without a bag. If it does reach the desired vacuum level, then check bag to make sure it is vac-strip or mesh. Also check for lines (wrinkles) in the seal.
Q. My machine gives an "E" error code when switching to seal mode?
A. Check the lid prong to ensure it's making contact with the lid switch.
